Welcome! I’m Peiyi, a product designer at BetterUp, where I design AI-powered experiences that support users throughout their everyday coaching journeys and build enterprise HR platforms used by 550+ partner organizations.
Before BetterUp, I completed two product design internships at Roblox, working across social and growth teams to ship features for a global community of over 200 million users. I studied at the University of Southern California ✌️, earning an interdisciplinary degree in Art, Technology, and the Business of Innovation—where I learned to think holistically about products from concept to impact.
As a designer, I operate at the intersection of design, business, and technology. I believe every project is a careful balance between user experience, business outcomes, and technical feasibility.
Outside of design, I’m a coffee lover (now proudly decaf-only), an outdoor enthusiast, and a fashion nerd. Fun fact: I started drinking coffee in middle school—but these days, I’m deep into finding great decaf beans. Ask me for recommendations.
